The new Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos is a Dual SIM version of the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro mobile in India. The phone is not officially announced yet and the release date of the phone is rumored to the first quarter of 2012. It is a QWERTY keypad mobile with 2.6 inch capacitive touchscreen display having resolution of 320 x 240 pixels colors. Samsung Electronics, a leading mobile phone provider, strengthened its Guru series of essential mobile handsets with the launch of Samsung Guru Dual Sim (E 2152). The new handset combines in itself the user friendly features of the Guru series and provides users with features such as – Dual SIM Standby, longer battery life and Wireless FM radio with recording.

Announcing the launch, Ranjit Yadav, Director, Mobile and IT, Samsung Electronics stated: "The Dual –Sim market is a fast growing segment in the Indian market and a focus segment for us. We are looking at enhancing our presence in this segment through a series of innovative product launches and the new Guru Dual Sim E2512 is an example of the same."

The Samsung Guru Dual Sim (E 2152) boasts of the Dual Standby feature whereby customers can use 2 sims from different operators depending on economical operator tariffs for both local and roaming services. Both the SIMs in the mobile can be on call receiving stand by when in use.

While both the SIMs provide users with WAP, MMS, especially through native Social Networking Sites like Twitter, Facebook and Instant messengers like Yahoo, IM and BT Messenger, consumers can also use the two SIMs to separate their personal and professional calls.

The ergonomic design and compact size of the Samsung Guru Dual Sim makes it easy to use and provide better grip. The phone is 111.6X46.3X13.5mm slim, has terraced keypad for easy messaging, and an LCD screen of 2" QQVGA 262 K TFT screen.
